YOUR FAMILY’S HEALTH AND SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY, SO WE ARE CLOSELY MONITORING AND IMPLEMENTING ALL CDC GUIDELINES:
Entrances and exits will be kept open for minimal contact
Facilities will be regularly sanitized throughout the service with special attention to restrooms and high traffic areas such as escalators
You'll notice some rows are marked off, find an open seat, and leave three seats in between each family group.
Everyone will be required to wear masks. If you don't have one, our team has some available.
Hand sanitizing stations are all around campus to continually promote a safe and healthy environment
If you don't feel well, please stay home and worship with us online.
We’re all in this together, let’s do our best to create the safest environment possible!
If you aren't comfortable returning to campus yet, we understand! Online services will be available at 11:30AM cST. Our online campus is just as valued, we love worshipping together however we can.
WHAT WILL eKIDS LOOK LIKE?
Our number one commitment to you and your child is SAFETY. Safety is our priority. Church will look a little different, but that’s because we want you to know we take your child’s safety seriously. From check-in, to space in our classrooms, we’ve gone above and beyond to give your children the best Journey Kids experience while upholding high cleanliness standards.
What happens when I arrive?
eKids will be providing a self check in process. When you enter the building, our Check-In team will be wearing face masks and will be available to assist you. You’ll place the check-in stickers on the backs of your children. Afterwards one of our Dream Teamers will walk your child into their age-appropriate classroom.
Will eKids Online still be available for kids?
Yes, we will continue to provide a great resources online at mymanuelchurch.com/ekids for our kids and families who don’t feel quite ready to attend a service in person.
What precautions are taking place?
We are strongly discouraging anyone who has been sick or exposed to sick people or experiencing symptoms of sickness from attending a physical gathering until it’s safe for them to do so. In fact, we will be taking the temperature of anyone entering the children’s environments. If a temperature exceeds 99.9 we will not be able to accept the child or anyone from that family for the protection of those in attendance.
All eKids staff will be wearing face masks to ensure safety and also friendly and familiar faces. The entire church will be cleaned and disinfected this week. During our service, we will have attendants cleaning all restrooms and high-traffic areas after each use. Our kid’s spaces will be filled at a reduced capacity. We’ll dismiss your child one-by-one by name to avoid a mass-gathering of families by the exits. Toys and tablets will be heavily sanitized before and after each service. We are strongly encouraging vulnerable people and those with underlying health conditions to continue joining us for church online only at this time. If you’re not ready to gather together in person, or if you are high risk, we have our services and eKids resources online.
If you have any other questions, please contact us. We can’t wait to see you in person or online!
